Data Processing Procedures

Legal basis and processing purposes

Collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data. Data processing is carried out for the following purposes: • Providing access to Arctic and managing subscriptions • Binding the license to the device via HWID to prevent unauthorized use • Protection against fraud and abuse • Providing technical support to users • Fulfilling obligations to users Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in the following cases: • Upon request of authorized government bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation • To third-party payment systems — only information necessary to conduct the transaction, in accordance with their privacy policy Data is not used for advertising mailings and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Termination of Processing and User Rights

Data storage and deletion

Data retention periods: • IP addresses and technical logs — no more than 90 days • Account data — deleted within 30 days after account deletion request • Information that the Licensor is required to keep by law may be stored longer to comply with legal requirements Your rights: • Request access to your personal data • Demand correction of inaccurate data • Request data deletion (will result in termination of access to Arctic) • Withdraw consent to data processing at any time To exercise your rights, contact support. Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. In case of license termination or account deletion, data may be stored for the time necessary to comply with legal requirements and protect the Licensor's interests.
