We collect the minimum amount of data necessary for Arctic to function. By using the product, you consent to the collection and processing of data as specified in this policy. We collect the following data: • Email address — used exclusively for authorization and communication with you within the scope of service provision • Login — for identifying your account in the system • IP address — collected to protect against unauthorized access, prevent fraud, and ensure service security • PC data (HWID) — used to bind the license to the device and prevent unauthorized use All data is used only for internal security and ensuring Arctic operation. We do not use your data for advertising purposes and do not sell it to third parties. All data is stored on secure servers using modern encryption methods. Only authorized employees have access to the data. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification or destruction.
