Subject of Agreement
Basic license terms
The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Arctic for personal gaming purposes on a subscription basis. Each subscription is assigned to one User and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. In case of transfer or sale of the account, the Licensor has the right to cancel the subscription without refund. When purchasing a subscription for a specific period, the User receives access to the Arctic software, including the launcher and client for injection into the Deadlock game. The Licensor does not provide the Deadlock game itself — the User must have a legitimate copy of the game purchased independently. Use of Arctic is only possible if the User has legal access to the Deadlock game.
Restrictions
Prohibited actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for license cancellation without refund: copying, distributing or transferring the software to third parties; modifying or creating derivative works; decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering; using the software to cause harm or interfere with server operations; insulting administration; using the software for purposes violating the legislation of the Russian Federation; transferring or selling account access; damaging the Licensor's business reputation; being involved in the development or distribution of third-party cheats. The Licensor reserves the right to cancel the subscription without refund if the User's actions are deemed harmful to Arctic, administration, or other users.
Payment and Refunds
Payment terms
Arctic subscription is paid and provided after payment is received. Refunds are possible only in case of technical reasons making it impossible to use the software, and provided that the problem originates from the Licensor's side. Refunds for reasons related to the User's unwillingness or inability to use the software (including account blocking for rule violations) are not provided.
Liability
Limitation of liability
The software is provided on an 'as is' basis. The Licensor is not responsible for losses, damages or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the software. The Licensor's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the subscription. Use of Arctic is at your own risk.
License Termination
Termination conditions
The Licensor has the right to unilaterally terminate the license without refund if the User violates any of the conditions specified in the 'Restrictions' section. The Licensor also reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement at any time. Continued use of Arctic after changes are made means your acceptance of the new terms.
